Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

5 or 6 Chicken Breasts (boiled in a couple of chicken bullion cubes and shredded)
16 oz Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Tbls of Poppyseeds
1 Pkg shredded Velvetta Cheese
1-2 Sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter (melted)

Mix the first 5 ingredients and put in a baking dish. Cover with crushed up ritz crackers. Pour your melted butter on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350.
